WP2 addresses the topic of controlling appearance and motion of avatars in immersive experiences (XR, VR, MR, and setup of Animated Features FIlms or TV series using XR apparatus). It will address the problem of taking into account the context of the experience to adapt the user’s avatar characteristics. The geometry, the texture, the material and the animation setup of the avatar and extra geometry (e.g. eyes, hair, teeth etc.) must be tackled to avoid ruining the experience generating undesirable artifacts.
